Bradley Kelly
Brad Kelly grew up with HVAC in his blood—he was just 11 years old when he started working with his father, learning the ropes one job at a time. For the past 46 years, Brad has been hands-on in the field, eventually earning his contractor’s license after his father passed in 2006. Since then, Kelly’s Heating & Air has been more than just a company—it’s been a continuation of a family tradition rooted in hard work, honesty, and helping people feel comfortable in their homes.
Brad’s reputation is built on doing things right the first time, never cutting corners, and showing up when others won’t. His decades of experience make him a go-to guy for complex repairs and system installs—but it’s his dedication to people that really sets him apart. Outside of work, Brad enjoys selling boats and motorcycles, and he loves getting outdoors to camp and reset.
To Brad, this business isn’t about sales—it’s about showing up for people when they need you most. And after four decades in the field, he still treats every job like it’s personal.
Our Founder
Andrew Conrady
Andrew’s journey into HVAC started in Oklahoma, where he earned his degree in construction and heating and air at Graphlinks Technology in 2008. He launched his first company, Comfort Solutions Heating & Air, in 2012—building it from the ground up with a passion for solving problems and helping people stay comfortable at home. After moving to Texas in 2018, he teamed up with Brad Kelly to lead Kelly’s Heating & Air, blending their experience, values, and drive into one strong, family-focused business. Andrew holds the highest-level Mechanical Contractor license in Oklahoma, and his attention to detail shows in every project.
But beyond the job, Andrew’s a proud husband, dad of four, and the kind of guy who’s just as comfortable coaching youth basketball as he is running a job site. He even runs a small music studio in his free time. For Andrew, HVAC isn’t just a trade—it’s about showing up, doing the job right, and treating customers like family.
